Grows mixed vegetables on 40 acres — everything from A to Z — alongside 800 laying hens and a small flock of meat chickens. Runs a 300-member CSA with 22-week shares running early June through early November, averaging 7-11 items per week. Sells at Kingston Farmers Market on Saturdays and through a small number of natural food stores. One of the primary certified organic operations in the Mohawk Valley.
