A community-centered organic farm on a historic 1807 homestead in West Kill, growing two acres of biodynamic vegetables, grains, and medicinal herbs using low-till, cover-cropping practices. The Collective includes an on-site farm stand, community workshops in grain processing, fermentation, and foraging, and the eclectic Sootz Records shop in the farmhouse. Also a regular vendor at the Lexington Farmers' Market and the Phoenicia market.
