Combines years of professional culinary and hospitality experience with craft beer artistry. The Hudson Valley dining experience features food cooked from as close to the source as possible alongside artfully crafted ales — staples like Köld One and a rotating selection. Sister restaurant The Ridge opened in 2024 at the former Gunk Haus in Highland (Ulster) with views of the Shawangunks.
