A biweekly covered market at the Lexington Municipal Center Pavilion, running rain or shine through the Catskill growing season. Vendors offer maple syrup and maple products, raw honey, beef, pastured poultry, pork, lamb, eggs, mushrooms, cheese, baked goods, herbal soaps, jams, chutneys, shrubs, tinctures, foraged greens, and garlic. A November holiday fair extends the season. Free admission, children's play area, and live music featured regularly.
