The largest onion producer in Orange County, responsible for half of all onions grown in New York State, operating since 1993 in the Black Dirt Region. Family farm now exceeds 1,500 acres of owned and leased Black Dirt land. State-of-the-art year-round packing facility ships yellow, red, and white Black Dirt onions to retailers and wholesalers from New England to Florida. Also grows potatoes and other Black Dirt vegetables.
