A fifth-generation family farm in Congers dating to 1891, when Dr. Lucy Virginia Meriweather Davies — one of New York State's first female physicians — established the farm. Today the 65-acre working farm grows apples, peaches, and vegetables, operating a daily farm stand stocked with seasonal produce and local goods. Fall brings apple picking among 4,000 trees on 35 acres, pumpkin picking, hayrides, and school tours. The on-site Red Barn Cidery (opened 2023) offers farm-crafted hard cider, local beer, wine, and live music Thursday through Sunday.
