NYS Grown & Certified working bison ranch established in 2011 by Dr. Susan Golembeski in Sharon Springs. Raises 100% grass-fed and grass-finished bison using regenerative rotational grazing practices. Sells bison steaks, roasts, ground meat, jerky, tallow skincare products, and bison art at monthly events and Saturday morning ranch store hours (9am–noon). Also offers agritourism experiences, education programs, and hands-on learning at the ranch. Overnight tipi stays available via Hipcamp on a spring-fed pond stocked with trout and bass.
