AC Stauble Hill is an herbalist, herb farmer, and educator based at Cohosh Creek Herb Farm in West Edmeston. Produces small-batch handmade herbal remedies using homegrown and wild-harvested plants — skin salves, muscle rubs, tinctures, tea blends, infused vinegars, and bulk herbs. Graduate of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine. Offers herbal consultations on sliding scale and teaches through the Actaea Academy. Available Saturdays at the Cooperstown Farmers Market.
