Maintains registered Tunis sheep (Livestock Conservancy Watch List, dual-purpose meat and wool), a herd of Milking Devon cattle, Dominique chickens (once the most common farm chicken in America), Java chickens, and Crevecoeur chickens — all heritage breeds at risk.
