An organic farm in Milton, Ulster County, in operation since 1818 and among the first licensed cannabis cultivators in New York State. Hepworth Farms grows cannabis the same way it grows its other 140 crops — outdoors in the fertile soil of the Hudson Valley. Holds licenses for cultivation, extraction, and distribution, making it a true seed-to-sale, outdoor-grown operation. Co-owner Gail Hepworth is a vocal advocate for small farm cannabis rights in New York. The farm's cannabis is grown by the same team that has farmed this land for generations.
