An indigo dyeing studio and workshop space in a converted 18th century barn in the Catskills. Artists Anne and Kate grow their own dye plants and offer summer weekend workshops in natural dyeing with indigo, cyanotype photography, and traditional resist techniques. The studio draws on Anne's training in Tokyo (ancient indigo process) and India (dabu paste block printing) to bring traditional plant-dye traditions to the Catskills.
