A family honey operation with hives located in Windham and on the north side of Ashland Pinnacle, producing raw Catskill Mountain honey from apple blossom, white clover, and wildflower nectar. Started by Burt, now continued by his son Wayne. Products include honey in multiple sizes, honey candy in several flavors, beeswax lip balms, soaps, and hand creams. The farm store is no longer open but Wayne sells at area markets and festivals; call ahead for availability.
