A federally supported rebate program providing approximately 70% reimbursement on the purchase and installation of a ROPS (Rollover Protection Structure — rollbar) and seatbelt for tractors, including shipping and installation costs. Tractor rollovers are the leading cause of farm fatalities in New York State. ROPS can prevent death in a rollover but many older tractors lack them.
