Forages mushrooms, ramps, blueberries, bramble berries, field greens, wildflowers, cattails, ground nuts, and stinging nettles. Available at the Beacon Farmers' Market and through chef accounts. Offers public foraging workshops including Wild Edibles Walks ($125/person), Introduction to Edible and Medicinal Wild Mushrooms ($175/person), and Forage Fire Food cooking classes ($200/person).
